TS Hanna - Friday Early Morning
Friday Early Morning: When I left the house for work this morning, it was quite windy and the sky was plastered with a thick gray cloud cover. The blue marble basemap satellite clealy shows the center of Hanna as its sitting just east of around Melbourne. I can see now that we’ll be getting more than just the outer fringes of the storm. We’ll probably see a lot of wind and rain today as the center of the storm will be passing less than 100 miles east of us. Hanna is still just a TS and no longer expected to become a hurricane. It’s still on track, I believe, to move ashore around the S. / N. Carolina border.
